Performance Enhancement
You don't need to send your forks to us for problems only. We can help you get the most out of your ride-time and forks. How? By tuning them to suit you, your riding style and local trails. Just send them back to us with how and where you ride, along with your vital stat's and our technicians will tune them for you. Personally. Through changing oil weight, air pressures, upgrading internal parts we can change the characteristics completely. Anywhere from speeding up their rebound to increasing small bump sensitivity we can do it all for you.

Periodically, to maintain maximum performance, your RockShox® Suspension Fork will need to be serviced. Who better to carry out that servicing than the official authorised RS Service Centre?
With a part inventory going back at least 3 years, we hope to have every O-ring, washer or damper that your fork needs.
As with our warranty work, your forks must be returned to us via an authorised dealer. In addition to the forks it would be really useful to know your weight and riding style, this will help us tune the fork to you and the way you ride.
Once we have your forks here we promise to inspect the forks for any visible damage or wear. Strip, service and rebuild the internals with the greatest of care using only original factory parts. Clean them and get them back to you as-soon-as-possible. Usually within 24 hours. We guarantee they will ride like new and our workmanship for 3 months.

Warranty Work
Every RockShox® Suspension fork has a limited warranty. The length of time that this warranty is valid for and any conditions that may invalidate your warranty are outlined in the owner's manual that accompanies the Fork. For all warranty work to be carried out the fork must be sent to us through an approved dealer. With close to 3000 cycle shops nationwide finding one locally should be easy. Use our ‘find a retailer’ tool on the Fisher site if you're not sure.
Your chosen dealer will then contact us, arrange for the forks to be booked in and send them on to us here at the Service Centre.
Once we have the forks here we will:
Lovingly inspect and care for you forks, treat them with the respect and attention they deserve. Fix their faults and get them back to you with minimal fuss and delay! It's that easy.
